Skilled Nursing
Northern Riverview skilled nursing facility is designed for seniors who want to remain independent, but require assistance with daily activities. Our special combination of housing and health care provides exceptional care for older adults and their families. With a dedicated staff, support services, and ongoing concern for the changing needs of seniors, our focus is on improving quality of life and promoting optimism and confidence.

Short-term Rehabilitation
Northern Riverview's 35 bed short-term inpatient rehabilitation unit offers a seven-day-a-week program including physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Specially trained therapists tailor treatment programs unique to each individual's needs. Our multidisciplinary  therapists work with patients on activities that enhance daily living skills to ensure a safe return to the community. All physical therapies are provided in our newly upgraded rehabilitation gym.

Respite Care
The physical, emotional and financial challenges of caring for a loved one can be overwhelming.

Northern Riverview Health Care Center is pleased to offer a respite care program to provide much-needed temporary relief for the caregivers of individuals who are living at home and qualify for nursing facility care. It is easy for caregivers to neglect their own health and well-being when involved with the needs of their loved ones. At Northern, we recognize that caregivers need to be taken care of as well.
